The recently refurbished interior court of Café Esernyős is likely to become a new favourite on the scene of Óbuda's open-air venues. This Mediterranean-like, cozy chill out place will host acoustic concerts of well-known Hungarian performers throughout the summer.
Esernyős Court offers a perfect hiding place when we want to spend a lovely summer afternoon far from the buzz of the city center, listening to cool music. This series of events is taking place every Thursday from 20.00. starting on the 27th of June, featuring current young musicians who proved themselves worthy of the most popular clubs' and festivals' stages in the last few years. This time they will present their repertoire in acoustic version, creating a more heart-to-heart atmosphere. In case of bad weather the concerts are held indoors. Ticket price: 1000 HUF. The genres are really diverse: we can listen to the sensuous folk-soul of Antonia Vai, the charming indie of Henri Gonzo, the caressing, healing tunes of Manoya , the exciting jazzy songs of Shaibo and the powerful, kicking experimental pop of Vera Jonas.
