Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

The question is, can the dinosaurs, 25 years after the first Jurassic Park movie, show something entirely new to us? Well, they almost succeed at it: the second part of 'Fallen Kingdom' is surely worth the price of a cinema ticket.
The first part of the film feels a bit tedious, as we have to watch for a long time how the island of the dinosaurs is being destroyed by a huge volcanic eruption, but after this, director Juan Antonio Bayona's creativity seems to fly high, and the spectators are in for a very entertaining summer popcorn movie, which sometimes resembles an exciting but family-friendly gothic horror.

According to the Independent, 'Fallen Kingdom' "has so much momentum that holes in the plot are hardly noticeable". Protagonists Owen and Claire rekindle their old romance while they struggle to save the dinos of the island, but soon they discover a conspiracy and everybody has to flee a blood-thirsty indoraptor.
