Hotel Mumbai
In 2008 a group of Pakistani terrorists committed a series of attacks in Mumbai. Their main target was the luxurious Taj Hotel.
The film tells the story of those awful days, how people tried to save themselves and how the staff risked their lives to keep everyone as safe as possible. It is a morally disturbing thought that now we see an excellent thriller which is based on a tragedy costing about 200 human lives. The creators try to present the complex political and ethnic conflicts of the country, and the actors have done a great job, but the spectators can't really avoid feeling bad about watching the Hollywood adaptation of a real tragedy.
